Every time we look at our balance sheet, we make calculations not of our assets, but of what we have done to make the world better than when we found it to be. And for us, the world is not just about human beings. It is our four-legged friends that need our love and care to a greater extent. The Murugan Chettiyar Shanmugam Charitable Trust, a joint venture with the Tirupur Municipal Corporation, was initiated to serve this purpose.
The center aims at reaching out to helpless dogs, and creating a home where they are well-looked after. A veterinary hospital is manned by efficient doctors, and provides free treatment to all animals in and around Tirupur. Our shelter has nearly 500 dogs and a command of dedicated volunteers.

OUR ABC INITIATIVE
Through our animal shelter, we also conduct regular ABC programs for our beloved stray dogs. We have conducted neutered and spayed almost 13K indie dogs, till date and plan on conducting more such sterilization camps in the near future.

OUR ANTI - RABIES INITIATIVE
About 3000 vaccinations against rabies have been administered and vaccinations for other infectious diseases are provided at concessional rates. Free vaccination camps are held regularly to benefit the local pet owners.
